Change to signing on / off Procedures

The club is adopting a new procedure for signing on/off for Sunday racing, from 1 Sep 09.

From the start of series 6 on Sunday 6 September, all competitors will be required to sign on BEFORE a race.  The new forms will be used for results recording as well as declaration.  Consequently, if you do not sign on, the race officer will not record your times and you will not get a result.

The signing on forms will be available 45 minutes before the start of first race of the day.  They will be under the course board until the start sequence begins.

The change will allow the race officer to complete the calculations and provide results soon after the race has finished.

There is no change to Wednesday evening races for the remainder of 2009.
