Selection Policy. The Hyde Colts management have agreed the following selection policy:

The strongest possible side will be fielded for as long as there is a prospect of winning a league or cup competition. If all realistic chances of winning have passed, player selection will be balance the needs to play a credible team with ensuring all players have a a fair share of match play.

In addition, players should be able to bowl an over of playable deliveries - ie bounce once on the way to the popping crease and not wide.
